1、 Preparation work before production

Product Design

3D drawings, structural optimization (wall thickness, draft angle, etc.).

Determine the materials (such as ABS, PC, nylon, etc.) and performance requirements (temperature resistance, flame retardancy, etc.).

Mold manufacturing

CNC machining, mold cavity polishing.

Trial mold verification, adjust injection parameters (pressure, temperature, cycle).

2、 Production process

Injection molding

The material barrel is heated (180~300 ℃), and the molten plastic is high-pressure injected into the mold.

Post processing

Remove sprues and burrs (manual or automated trimming).

Secondary processing (spraying, electroplating, laser marking, etc.).
